Step 1
Remove the vanilla filling from the Oreo cookies, then put only the cookies in a food processor, and pulse them until fine crumbs. Add the melted butter, then continue to pulse until evenly moistened, transfer it to a 7-inch springform cake pan, and press it down the bottom firmly. Put it in the refrigerator, then let it chill for about 20 minutes or until the cheesecake mix is ready.
Step 2
In a large bowl, add the cream cheese, Nutella, and powdered sugar, then mix them until smooth and creamy, and set it aside. In another bowl, beat the whipping cream until soft peaks form, transfer it to the cream cheese mixture, and fold them until incorporated. Soak the gelatine sheets in chilled water for about 5 to 10 minutes, then squeeze out all the excess water, and dissolve it in 2 tablespoons of hot water.
Step 3
Allow the gelatin to cool down just until warm, then add about 3 tablespoons of the cream cheese mixture, and give them a good mix to combine. Now, transfer everything to the cream cheese mixture and mix them until thoroughly combined, then pour the filling onto the chilled crust, and refrigerate for about 30 minutes or until the cheesecake is set on top.
Step 4
In a medium-sized mixing bowl, add the Nutella, dark chocolate, and whipping cream, then heat them in the microwave for a few seconds until smooth and completely melted. Let the glaze cool down slightly, then pour it on top of the cheesecake, and put it in the refrigerator to chill for at least 6 hours up to overnight. Decorate with some melted milk chocolate and hazelnuts, then serve, and enjoy!
