Step 1
Get a large and deep pan, then add the mango puree, sugar, agar-agar powder, and water, then whisk them all together until well combined, and then place the pan on a stove over medium heat. Keep on whisking the mixture while bringing it to a boil for about 5 minutes, then pour it into a baking dish or baking mold, and let the jelly cool down before placing it inside the refrigerator.

Step 2
Allow it to chill and set for at least 30 minutes, then once ready, cut them into pieces, and gently scrape them off of the dish with a spatula before setting them aside. In a clean and deep pan, add the milk, then stir it around for a few moments before adding the sugar and agar-agar powder, and continue to stir them until incorporated. Once boiling, turn off the heat while keeping on stirring, then set it aside, and let it cool down for about 5 minutes.
Step 3
Spread some of the jelly cubes all over the bottom of a 9-inch baking dish or baking mold, then pour the milk pudding mixture, and add more jelly cubes all over. Place it in the refrigerator, then allow it to chill and set for about 2 hours, and once ready, gently scrape the sides before unmolding it on a serving plate upside down. Slice, serve, and enjoy!
