Ingredients:

Mango Jelly

  • ½ cup of mango puree

  • 1 tsp of agar-agar powder
  • 2 cups of water

Milk Jelly

  • 2 cups of milk
  • 1/3 cup of sugar
  • 1 tsp of agar-agar powder

Directions:

Step 1

Get a large and deep pan, then add the mango puree, sugar, agar-agar powder, and water, then whisk them all together until well combined, and then place the pan on a stove over medium heat. Keep on whisking the mixture while bringing it to a boil for about 5 minutes, then pour it into a baking dish or baking mold, and let the jelly cool down before placing it inside the refrigerator.

Step 2

Allow it to chill and set for at least 30 minutes, then once ready, cut them into pieces, and gently scrape them off of the dish with a spatula before setting them aside. In a clean and deep pan, add the milk, then stir it around for a few moments before adding the sugar and agar-agar powder, and continue to stir them until incorporated. Once boiling, turn off the heat while keeping on stirring, then set it aside, and let it cool down for about 5 minutes.
