Ingredients for No-Bake Cow Patties:

• 1½-2 cups of sugar
• ¼ cup of cocoa powder
• ½ cup of unbleached coconut oil or real butter, cold and pressed
• ½ cup of milk
• 1 tsp of real vanilla extract
• 1 cup of peanut butter
• 3 cups of quick oats

How to Make No-Bake Cow Patties:

Step 1

Place a pan on a stove over medium heat, then add the milk, sugar, cocoa powder, and coconut oil, then bring the mixture to a boil for about 1.5 to 2 minutes, and make sure to stir continuously.

Step 2

Once it reaches the boiling point, heat it for another 1.5 to 2 minutes, then turn the heat off, and keep stirring while scraping the sides and bottom.

Step 3

Add in the peanut butter and vanilla extract, then keep stirring until melted and combined, and once smooth, add the oatmeal.

Step 4

Continue mixing until evenly coated, then scoop the mixture onto a baking pan lined with wax paper, and allow them to cool completely. Serve and enjoy!
