Ingredients for Chocolate Fudge Pinwheel:

  • 1 (14 ounces) can of sweetened condensed milk
  • 1½ cups of semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1½ cups of peanut butter chips

How to Make Chocolate Fudge Pinwheel:

Step 1

Put the chocolate chips in a heat-proof bowl, then pour in half of the condensed milk, and heat them in the microwave for about 30 seconds or more until melted. Stir them well, then put them back in the microwave for another 10 to 15 seconds if needed, but make sure not to overheat the chocolates. Once creamy, transfer the chocolate mixture to a 10×15-inch baking sheet lined with parchment or wax paper, and spread it out as much as you can.

Step 2

Put another piece of wax paper over it, then use a glass or rolling pin to roll it out, and then put it in the fridge to chill for at least 5 minutes. Put the peanut butter chips in a separate heat-proof bowl, then pour in the remaining half of the condensed milk, and heat them in the microwave the same you did with the chocolate until melted. Stir them until creamy, then pour it over the chilled chocolate layer, and spread it evenly.

Step 3

At this point, you can add in any toppings that you want, then put a wax paper over it, and spread it out evenly over the chocolate layer. Put it back in the fridge to chill for at least 15 to 30 minutes or more, then start rolling the fudge layers over starting from the long side as demonstrated in the video, and wrap it back up in paper. Place the roll back in the fridge, then let it sit for about 1 to 2 hours or until ready to serve, then slice it with a sharp knife, and serve. Enjoy!
