This easy and simple cake recipe by Me and My Silly Kitchen is quick to prepare and can be ready in less than 30 minutes! This is also hassle-free to make because it requires no baking and if you’re allergic to eggs, you can eat this worry-free because it doesn’t require any eggs to make.

First off, chop the chocolate into tiny pieces so that they are easier and quicker to melt, then transfer to a large mixing bowl, and set aside. Place a saucepan on a stove, then pour the coconut milk, and bring it to a simmer over low to medium heat. Once simmered, pour into the shredded or chopped chocolate, and stir together until melted and incorporated. Add the oats into the mixture, then fold it in until well combined and uniform.

Step 2
Cut a parchment paper round the same size as the springform pan, then put it inside the pan, and burhs the sides and bottom with softened butter. Transfer the cake mixture to the greased pan, then spread it until nice and even, and put in the fridge to chill for an hour. After an hour in the fridge, pour some chocolate glaze all over the top, and garnish with fruits if you want. Slice, then serve, and enjoy!
