Step 1
Crush the cookies in a food processor or in a Ziploc bag until fine crumbs, then transfer them into a large mixing bowl, and add the powdered sugar and cocoa powder. Stir them together until uniform and well combined, then add the melted butter, and fold them together until fully combined and incorporated. Gradually pour the milk into the dry ingredients, then mix them using your hands, and add more milk if needed.

Step 2
Once the mixture has turned into a smooth dough, shape it into a log, then transfer it to parchment paper, wrap it, and roll it before twisting the ends. Put it inside the refrigerator, then let it chill for about 2 to 3 hours, and slice it into thick round pieces. In a mixing bowl, add the chopped chocolate, then melt them in the microwave or double-boiler, and dip the chocolate cookies halfway. Place the dipped chocolate cookies in a tray lined with parchment paper, then top them with chocolate sprinkles, and let them cool until set and hardened.
