This is an easy snack or dessert recipe idea that you can make with only 5 ingredients and it requires no baking at all, too. What makes this even better is that it’s low on calories, so if you’re someone who’s on a diet or is on a calorie watch, then this is even more perfect for you.

Ingredients for Biscoff Protein Balls:

  • ½ cup of rolled oats
  • 2 scoops of vanilla protein
  • 1/3 cup of Biscoff Spread
  • Biscoff Cookies
  • 3-4 tbsp of almond milk, unsweetened

Toppings (optional)

  • 1 tbsp of Biscoff Spread
  • Biscoff Cookie

How to Make Biscoff Protein Balls:

Step 1

Add the Biscoff Cookies to a blender or food processor, then blend them until fine crumbs, transfer them to a medium-sized mixing bowl, and then add the rolled oats and vanilla protein.

Step 2

Give them a good mix until well combined, and set the dry mixture aside. Add the Biscoff spread to a microwave-safe bowl, then heat for about 30 seconds until melted, and add it to the dry mixture.

Step 3

Stir them until incorporated, then gradually pour in the almond milk, and mix continuously until the consistency becomes thick, you can add honey or maple syrup to taste.

Step 4

Scoop the mixture and roll it into a 1-inch ball, then place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, and do the same to the rest of the mixture.

Step 5

Drizzle them with more melted Biscoff spread and garnish with Biscoff cookie crumbs if desired, then place them in the refrigerator, and let them chill for at least 30 minutes until firm. Serve and enjoy!
