Caramelized Banana Topping
Step 1
Peel the skin off of the bananas, then mash them well using a fork, and set them aside. Place a large deep pan on a stove over medium to medium-high heat, then add the milk, sugar, and cornflour, and whisk them together until well combined. Add the mashed bananas, then give them a good whisk until incorporated and well combined, and then let the mixture cook until thickened. Pour the mixture into small cups evenly, then set them aside, and let them cool down while preparing the topping.

Place a clean and deep pan on a stove over medium to medium-high heat, then add the sugar and water, give them a good stir to combine before adding the butter, and continue to cook them together until caramelized. Peel off the skin of a banana, then slice them into round bite-sized pieces and add them to the caramelized sugar mixture in the pan. Carefully toss them together until all the banana slices are well coated, then scoop them up, and put them on top of each pudding cup. Serve and enjoy!
