Place a saucepan on a stove over medium-high heat, then add the chocolate chips, peanut butter, and butter, and stir them all together until melted and creamy. Add the vanilla extract, then continue to stir them to incorporate, and turn off the heat.
Put the cereal in a large mixing bowl, then pour the melted chocolate all over them, and carefully stir them all together until nice and coated. Put a generous amount of powdered sugar inside a Ziploc bag, then transfer the chocolate-coated cereal to the bag as well, and give them a good shake until nice and evenly coated. Let it cool and set, then serve, and enjoy!
