This mini chocolate cheesecake recipe by El Mundo Eats is the best dessert for those who love eating sweets. The crust is made from Oreos, and the filling is a combination of cheesecake and chocolate. It will surely be gone in just a few minutes, so better to make a lot of batches when you’re serving it at gatherings or parties.

Make the base. Put the Oreo cookies in a food processor and blend until fine. Transfer to a bowl and add butter. Mix until well combined.
Line a 12-cup muffin pan and distribute the Oreo butter mixture evenly into each cup. Press the crumbs using a spoon to make the crust. Put in the freezer for 30 minutes.
Make the filling. Chop the chocolate into pieces, put it in a microwave-safe bowl, and melt. Set aside and let it cool slightly.
Add cream cheese into a bowl and which on lowest speed just until creamy. Next, add the sugar, sour cream, vanilla, and salt. Mix until well combined.
Add the melted chocolate to the cream cheese mixture and mix everything. Set it aside.
In a different bowl, add 2 eggs and lightly whisk them. Add to the cheese mixture and fold together with a spatula. Divide the batter evenly into the muffin pan.
Bake in the preheated oven at 285F for about 25 minutes or until the edges are set and the center is wiggly. Once done, remove from the oven and cool completely before placing in the fridge for min 8 hours.
Remove the cheesecake from the pan using a knife or offset spatula. Peel the liners and place them on a serving plate. Drizzle melted chocolate on top and sprinkle chocolate servings. Enjoy!
