Pies are incredibly delicious and they are the perfect treat to enjoy during the cold weather, I love pies and I have tried different kinds of flavors already. But so far, one of my favorites is this mini cherry pie by Chop Secrets on YouTube. Serving pies in smaller versions like this one makes them even more delicious and addicting.

Step 1
Prepare the pie crust, then cut it into round pieces just enough to cover the muffin cup, and then grease the muffin pan with nonstick cooking spray. Place the cut pie crusts into each cup of the muffin pan, then fill each crust with cherry pie filling, and top it with strips of pie crust in a weave as shown in the video.

Step 2
Prepare the eggwash, then brush it generously on top of each pie, and sprinkle some sugar on top. Place the pies in a preheated oven at 180°C or 350°F, then allow them to bake for about 15 to 20 minutes or until the top is nice and golden brown. Serve and enjoy!
