Step 1
Preheat your oven to 175°C or 350°F, then grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray and set it aside. In a large mixing bowl, add the cream cheese, ricotta cheese, sour cream, and cream of chicken soup, then season them with onion powder and garlic powder, and mix everything until well combined.
Step 2
In the same bowl, add the shredded chicken, then fold them until evenly incorporated and coated, and set the mixture aside. Add the crushed Ritz crackers and melted butter in a separate mixing bowl, then stir them until thoroughly combined, and set aside.
Step 3
Transfer the chicken mixture to the prepared baking dish, then spread it evenly, and top it with the Ritz cracker mixture. Place it in the preheated oven to bake for about 40 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly around the edges, then let it cool for about 10 minutes, and garnish with freshly chopped parsley. Serve and enjoy!
