I love meatloaf for dinner. It’s always delicious, and there’s no way you won’t be satisfied, especially when it’s this meatloaf.
There’s meatloaf, which is delicious on its own, then there’s this meatloaf. Bacon-wrapped, covered in an awesome glaze, and stuffed with mashed potatoes. What’s not to love?

For assembly:
Begin by preheating your oven to 350 degrees F.
Making this meatloaf is a breeze. First, you’ll use one bowl to make mashed potatoes from the potatoes, milk, butter, salt and pepper. In another bowl, you’ll mix together your meatloaf mix.
Your beef, onion, breadcrumbs, eggs, milk, pepper, salt, parmesan, parsley, and Worcestershire should be combined thoroughly, then we need to make the glaze.
In one more bowl, mix the ketchup, brown sugar, mustard powder, paprika, and tomato paste. Now it’s time to get your meatloaf all assembled. First, get out a bundt pan. Then, lay out your 14 bacon slices.
When that’s placed in your bundt pan, paint the upwards facing side with your glaze, then start layering. Place half your meat mix, followed by the potatoes, and finally the other half of the meat.
Paint the top of the meat with some more glaze, then fold over your bacon. Bake for 90 minutes. Once it’s out, flip it out of the bundt pan and top with more glaze. Bake in another pan for 3-5 minutes.
Then that’s it, you’re ready to eat! Enjoy!
