It’s a super convenient way of making ice cream without even the need to use a machine or any other tool, just put everything in the jar, then give it a good shake, and put it in the freezer until ready to serve.

Step 1
Pour the cream into the mason jar, then add the sugar, vanilla extract, and salt, and secure the jar tightly with the lid. Shake the Mason jar vigorously for about 4 to 5 minutes or until the cream has thickened and is almost double the amount.
Step 2
Check if it’s opaque and the consistency easily coats the back of a wooden spoon. Place the jar in the freezer, then leave it for about 3 hours or until hardened, and serve the ice cream however you want. Enjoy!
