Cupcakes are always great to serve on any occasion or even just on an ordinary day. Personally, a cupcake is one of my comfort food, its taste is very light and has a fluffy texture, it also comes in small and cute sizes. I can never have enough cupcakes and I’ve always wanted to try making one. I was surprised when I learned that making them is easy and cheap! I can always make one whenever I’m craving, with just this very easy recipe that I’ve found on YouTube by N’Oven – Cake & Cookies. This recipe turned out great for me and I’ve already done this twice, that’s why I was so excited to share this with you today.
Step 1:
In a small mixing bowl, put 2 eggs and beat them using a hand mixer for 1 minute before adding 1/2 cup of sugar then beat until the texture turns fluffy. Add 1/4 cup of oil and 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence then mix well.
Step 2:
Using a small strainer, add 1 cup of flour and 1 teaspoon of baking powder to your cupcake batter, then sieve. Mix well before adding 3 tablespoons of milk and mix again.

Step 3:
Divide your batter into 2 to 3 tablespoons, sift 1 teaspoon cocoa powder and add 1 teaspoon of milk then mix well. Transfer and pour in a piping bag.
Step 4:
Grease your pan with oil then place your cupcake molds, pour 3 tablespoons of batter each. Using your chocolate batter, make swirls and patterns of your choice. Place your pan and wire stand and pre-heat for 5 to 7 minutes before placing the mold. Cook in low medium heat for 12 to 15 minutes. For the oven, bake it in a pre-heated 180 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes.
