It’s so hearty and savory that you can finish a whole serving on your own in just one sitting. Learn the steps in this video tutorial by Catherine’s Plates on YouTube, then give it a try, and I’m sure that you won’t regret it.
Step 1
Place a large and deep skillet on a stove over medium heat, then add the bacon, and cook it until nice and crispy. Remove the cooked bacon and transfer it to a plate lined with a paper towel, then set it aside, and remove the excess bacon grease leaving only about 1 to 2 tablespoons. Add the butter and let it melt, then add the diced bell peppers, diced onions, and potatoes, and season them with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
Step 2
Stir everything until well combined, then cook them until the potatoes are crispy on the edges and the onions and peppers are softened. Add the cooked bacon and cheese, then stir them well until combined, flatten out the mixture, and make 5 dips in the skillet as shown in the video.
Step 3
In each dip, crack one egg, then season them with salt and pepper to taste, and then put the lid on the skillet. Allow the mixture to cook for about 8 to 10 minutes until the egg whites are set, then garnish it with parsley, and serve. Enjoy!
