In a saucepan or small pan, add the milk cheese, white sugar, and cream cheese spread, then place the pan on a stove over low or medium heat, and stir them together continuously until melted and incorporated. Turn off the heat, then grab a bread slice, and press down the center to make an indentation. Pour some of the cream mixture over the bread, then carefully place it in the basket of an air fryer greased with nonstick cooking spray or a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, and repeat with the remaining cream mixture and bread slices. Air fry or bake them at 190°C or 375°F for about 8 minutes, then serve immediately, and enjoy!
