Marinade
Lemon Butter Garlic Sauce
Step 1
Wash the fish fillets, then pat them dry, and cut them into 3-inch chunks. Place them in a large mixing bowl or container, then season them with salt, crushed pepper, and garlic powder, and then rub and toss together until well coated. Set the fish aside and allow it to marinate for about 15 to 20 minutes, then roll and coat them in all-purpose flour one at a time. Place a skillet on a pan over medium-high heat, then add the olive oil or other white oil, and allow it to heat up before placing the battered fish. Allow them to fry for about 3 minutes, then flip them over and let cook for another 3 minutes over medium heat.

Step 2
Once browned on both sides, transfer them to a place, and set them aside. Place a clean pan on a stove over medium heat, then place the butter and allow it to melt before adding the chopped garlic. Give them a good toss, then saute over low heat for about 1 minute, and season with salt and crushed red pepper. Stir them together, then add the all-purpose flour, stir, and allow to cook for about 30 to 60 seconds over low heat. Now, add the lemon juice, finely chopped parsley, and red chili flakes, then give them a good toss, and allow to cook for a minute before turning off the heat. Pour the sauce over the cooked fish, then serve, and enjoy!
