Pudding is a favorite dessert of mine that I will probably never get tired of eating. It’s so rich and creamy, and the bitter taste of cocoa powder dusted on top balances all of the flavors just right. It is best when served after a nice and heavy meal or during snack time with a delicious cold or hot beverage on the side. This is also a great dessert to serve when you have a family or friend visiting over, plus, this is also very easy to prepare, so you can make this ahead, or at least 3 hours before that person comes. In a large mixing bowl, add the custard powder, cornstarch, and milk, then whisk them all together until combined, and set them aside for later. Place a saucepan on a stove over medium heat, then pour in the milk, and bring it to a boil while stirring consistently. Add the sugar, then stir it in before pouring the custard mixture, and make sure to whisk them all together continuously. Allow them to cook for about 5 minutes or until thickened, then turn off the heat, and transfer the mixture to a baking dish. Allow it to cool down for a bit, then place it in the fridge for at least 2 hours to set, and once ready, dust the top with cocoa powder until completely covered. Serve and enjoy!
