Ingredients:

  • 1 sleeve or 8 to 9 pieces of graham crackers
  • 6 tablespoons of melted butter
  • 1 (14 ounces) can of sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 packet of Kool-aid, cherry flavor
  • 8 ounces of cool whip
  • Whipped cream, optional
  • Cherry for toppings, optional

Directions:

Step 1

Place the graham crackers inside a Ziploc bag, then smash it with a rolling pin or any tool that’s heavy enough to crush the crackers until it turns into crumbs. Transfer the crumbs to a large mixing bowl, then add in the melted butter, and mix them together with a fork until well combined. Grab a pie pan and transfer the mixture in it, then press it in the bottom and up the sides. Place it in the refrigerator for at least an hour.

Step 2

In a separate large mixing bowl, pour in the sweetened condensed milk and a whole packet of Kool-aid, you can use any flavor you want. Use a spatula to mix them together until incorporated and dissolved. Add 8 ounces of cool whip, then mix and fold it in until fully combined. Once done, pour it on top of the pie crust, spread it evenly, and smoothen it out. Put it back in the refrigerator and leave it there for at least 4 hours up to overnight until firm. Slice the pie, top it with whipped cream and cherry, then serve.
