Learn how now by watching the video tutorial below.
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 400°F, then line a large baking sheet with aluminum foil, and lightly grease it with olive oil or nonstick cooking spray.
Step 2
Slice the jalapeños lengthwise and remove the seeds, then partially remove the ribs as shown in the video, and set them aside.
Step 3
In a large bowl, add the cream cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper, then stir them until combined, and stuff the jalapeño peppers with the mixture.
Step 4
Unroll the crescent rolls and divide them into 4 rectangles as shown in the video, then slice them lengthwise into 10 strips, and wrap each stuffed jalapeño with 2 strips of dough as shown in the video.
Step 5
Place them on the prepared baking sheet, then lightly brush them with the egg wash, and place them in the preheated oven.
Step 6
Allow them to bake for about 12 minutes or until golden, then quickly press down 2 candy eyeballs into each mummy, and let them cool slightly. Serve warm and enjoy!
