Pumpkins are everywhere, especially during the Fall season and the best way to eat them is by using them in this super delicious recipe by Pressure Luck Cooking on YouTube! This yummy food is sure to bring you comfort and leave you with a full and satisfied stomach. What even makes this better is that you can prepare and have this ready in just around 30 minutes or less with only a little effort.
Step 1
Add the butter to the pot, then set it to saute making sure it’s at the high setting, and melt the butter before adding the chopped shallots. Give them a good stir and cook for about 2 minutes, then add the sausage, and break it up with your spatula while stirring consistently until it starts crumbling apart. Add the garlic, then stir, and cook for about 2 to 3 more minutes. Once the sausages are all crumbled and nicely browned, pour the broth, then close the lid, and hit cancel.

Step 2
Now, start to pressure cook or manually over high pressure for about 6 minutes. Once done with pressure cooking, quick release, then stir them around, add the cheese, and continue stirring until melted and combined. Add the pumpkin, herb cheese, maple syrup, and nutmeg, then stir them all together until fully combined, and transfer them into bowls before topping them with more cheese, nutmeg, or toasted pumpkin seeds. Serve and enjoy!
