The steps to making this cold treat are very easy to follow and the ingredients are pretty simple, most of them might even be available in your kitchen. But, if you want to make your ice cream even more special, then feel free to incorporate some nuts or small pieces of peaches depending on your preference.
Step 1
Peel the peaches and remove the pit, then dice one peach, and set them aside. Put the other peach in a blender or food processor, then add the whole milk, heavy cream, cream cheese, sugar, honey, vanilla extract, and salt, and blend them until smooth. Place the mixture in the refrigerator, then let it chill for at least one hour along with the diced peaches.
Step 2
After an hour, blend the mixture once more, then pour it into the ice cream maker, and run it for 10 minutes or until it starts to thicken. Add the diced peaches, then let it run for an additional 10 to 15 minutes or until soft, and serve immediately or store it in an air-tight container, and let it freeze for an hour to make it firmer before serving.
