Ingredients:

Strawberry Iced Tea

  • 2 bags of black tea
  • 1 cup of very hot water
  • 1 cup of strawberries, washed and cut in half
  • 1 cup of cold water
  • 1-2 tbsp of honey
  • Ice

Mango Peach Iced Tea

  • 2 bags of green tea
  • 1 cup of very hot water
  • peach
  • mango
  • 1 cup of cold water
  • 1-2 tbsp of honey
  • Ice

Lemon Mint Iced Tea

  • 2 bags of green tea
  • 1 cup of very hot water
  • 1 whole lemon, juiced
  • Mint leaves
  • 1 cup of cold water
  • 1-2 tbsp of honey
  • Ice

Directions:

#1: Strawberry Iced Tea

  • Place the tea bags in a glass with very hot water, then let them steep for 5 minutes (don’t steep them too long or they’ll get bitter), and then remove the bags pressing all of the juice out using the back of a spoon. Place it in the fridge or on your countertop to cool down completely, then add the washed and sliced strawberries in a food processor or blender, and blend them until completely smooth.
  • Add in the cold water, then continue to mix them together, and pass them through a sieve and onto another glass for a smoother consistency. Add honey to the strawberry juice, then give them a good mix, and pour them into a pitcher or mason jar. Pour in the cooled tea as well, then stir them together, and taste it, adjusting the sweetness as desired. Serve the strawberry iced tea in a glass filled with ice and enjoy!

#2: Mango Peach Iced Tea

  • Steep the tea bags in very hot water for 5 minutes (don’t steep them too long or they’ll get bitter), then remove the bags pressing all of the juice out using the back of a spoon, and allow it to cool completely in the fridge or on your countertop. Cut the flesh of the peach and mango, then add them to a food processor or blender, and blend them until completely smooth.
  • Pour the juice into a pitcher or mason jar (you can sieve them but if you want some texture then don’t sieve), then pour in the tea, and add the cold water and honey. Give them a good stir until well combined, then serve the mango peach iced tea in a glass filled with ice, and enjoy!

#3: Lemon Mint Iced Tea

  • Steep the tea bags in very hot water for 5 minutes (don’t steep them too long or they’ll get bitter), then remove the bags pressing all of the juice out using the back of a spoon, and allow it to cool completely in the fridge or on your countertop. Cut the lemon, then squeeze out all of the juice, and make sure to remove all of the seeds.
  • Cut up or break some mint leaves with your hands before adding them to the lemon juice to bring out the flavor, then add in the honey and cold water as well, and stir them all together to combine. Pour the juice mixture into a pitcher or mason jar, then add the cooled tea, and give them a good stir to combine. Serve the lemon mint iced tea in a glass filled with ice and enjoy!
