Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp of smoked paprika
  • 1½ tbsp of minced onion
  • 1 tsp of salt
  • 1 tbsp of garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp of mixed herbs
  • 1 tsp of chipotle pepper powder
  • 1 tsp of cumin
  • 1 tsp of paprika
  • 1 tsp of Maggi seasoning powder
  • 1 tsp of sugar
  • 1 tsp of coriander
  • 1 tsp of curry powder
  • 1 tsp of black pepper
  • ½ tsp of celery salt
  • ¼ tsp of ginger
  • ¼ tsp of nutmeg
  • ½ tsp of cayenne pepper

In a large mixing bowl, add the smoked paprika, minced onion, salt, garlic powder, mixed herbs, chipotle pepper powder, cumin, paprika, Maggi seasoning powder, sugar, coriander, curry powder, black pepper, celery salt, ginger, nutmeg, and cayenne pepper, then whisk them all together until well combined and uniform, and transfer it to an airtight jar or container. Store the homemade all-purpose seasoning in a cool dry place, then use as desired, and enjoy!
