Cheesecakes are so good and I can eat a lot of them in just one sitting, but this version by The Cooking Foodie on YouTube is probably one of the best I’ve ever tried. It’s very delicious and easy to make, too, I’m sure that you can do this perfectly even on the first try. You only need 6 ingredients to make this dessert and most of them might already be available in your kitchen. Proceed to read the written instructions down below now and while you’re at it watch the video tutorial as well.

Ingredients:

  • 3 scoops of vanilla protein powder
  • 4 large eggs
  • 540g or 19 ounces of fat-free cream cheese
  • 450g or 15.87 ounces of fat-free Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup of stevia
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract

Directions:

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 325°F, then line an 8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, and set it aside. In a large mixing bowl, add the cream cheese, Greek yogurt, stevia, and protein powder, then beat them with a handheld mixer until smooth and combined, and then add the vanilla extract. Add the eggs one at a time, then beat in between each addition until incorporated, and pour the batter into the prepared baking pan.

Step 2

Spread it evenly, then place it in the preheated oven, and let it bake for about 30 minutes. After half an hour, turn the temperature of the oven to 200°F, then continue to bake the cheesecake for another 30 to 40 minutes, and then remove it from the oven. Let it cool down to room temperature, then put it in the fridge, and let it cool completely for at least 4 hours. Serve and enjoy!

Food for me is an art form, so I get my kicks from playing around with flavors and ingredients.
