Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350°F, then spread the chopped macadamia nuts in a single layer on a baking sheet, and place it in the oven to toast for about 4 to 6 minutes. Remove it from the oven, then set it aside on the counter to cool completely.
Step 2
In a medium-sized mixing bowl, add the pudding mix, crushed pineapple, and condensed milk, then mix them until well combined and until the instant pudding mix has dissolved completely.

Add the maraschino cherries, marshmallows, half of the whipped topping, and toasted macadamia nuts (reserve 1 tablespoon for later), then gently fold them together until evenly distributed, and cover the bowl with plastic wrap.
Step 4
Place it in the refrigerator, then let it chill for at least 4 hours before serving, and garnish it with the reserved whipped topping, toasted nuts, and more cherries. Serve and enjoy!
