Ingredients:

  • 2 lb thick-cut bacon
  • 1 bag (30 to 32 oz) frozen shredded hash browns (thawed)
  • 1 packet dry ranch dressing mix
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 8 large eggs
  • 2 cups of milk

Directions:

Step 1

In a pan over medium heat, lay down the bacon. After frying them, set them aside. Next, add the thawed shredded hash browns into the pan still with the bacon fat. Cook the hash browns until they browned. While waiting for the hash browns to brown up, chop the bacon into small pieces. In a bowl, crack up 8 large eggs. Add 2 cups of milk, and 1 packet of dry ranch dressing mix. Whisk them to combine.
