Ingredients:

  • 1 package (12 pieces) of slider buns or rolls
  • 1 tbsp of butter or olive oil
  • 12 large eggs
  • 6 slices of ham
  • 6 slices of cheese

For the sauce

  • ½ cup or 1 stick of salted butter, melted
  • 2 tsp of dried minced onion
  • 1 tsp of Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp of Worcestershire sauce
  • 3/4 tsp of poppy seeds

Directions:

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350°F, then cut the sheet of the slider buns in half through the middle to create 2 sheets of slider buns and set them aside. Place a skillet pan on a stove over medium to medium-high heat, then add the butter, and let it melt. Whisk the eggs in a medium-sized bowl until fully blended, then put it into the skillet pan, and season with salt and pepper. Stir it constantly until the eggs are scrambled and fully cooked, Then remove it from the skillet pan. Place the bottom sheet of slider buns at the bottom of a casserole dish, then lay an even layer of ham on top, and add top it with a layer of egg followed by a layer of sliced cheese.

Step 2

Next, place the other top half of the slider bun sheets over the slider fillings. In a separate bowl, whisk together the melted butter, dried minced onion, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and poppy seeds until uniform and well combined. Pour or brush the sauce mixture all over the top of the sliders to cover them evenly. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil, then let it bake in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes covered, and 5 more minutes uncovered until the top is slightly toasted. Serve and enjoy!
