Ingredients:
- 1 quart of lime sherbet
- 1 (2-liter) bottle of Ginger Ale, chilled
- 1 (46 ounces) can of unsweetened pineapple juice, chilled
- ¼ cup of freshly squeezed lime juice
- 2-3 drops of green food coloring, optional
Directions:

In a large glass pitcher or punch bowl, pour in the chilled ginger ale, then add the pineapple juice, and add a few drops of food coloring if desired. Add the freshly squeezed lime juice, then scoop the sherbet into the pitcher, and stir everything together until well combined and incorporated. Wet the rim of the glass cups, then twist them over a plate filled with sprinkles for decoration, and pour in the punch. Serve and enjoy!
