Enchiladas are one my all-time favorite food, I always make them whenever I’m craving, and I can never get tired of it. It’s so good and delicious and it’s the perfect dinner dish ot enjoy with your family. But, if you think that the usual way your making enchiladas are already amazing, you’ll be surprised by this stacked version by Catherine’s Plates on YouTube.

This is a super easy dish thay you can make and also serve if you have friends coming over, and you want to treat them with something yummy. You can make this dish with only a few simple ingredients and it is ready in as fast as 30 minutes. I’m sure you’d love this food and enjoy eating it as much as I did. Toppings (For Garnish)
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350°F, then grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray, and set it aside. Place a medium-sized skillet on a stove over medium-high heat, then add the ground beef, break them apart, and cook until nice and brown. Add the onions, then cook them for a few more minutes until softened, and drain the excess grease. Add the taco seasoning and water, then mix them until combined, and turn off the heat.

Step 2
Pour the enchilada sauce in a pie plate or other narrow dish, then soak a corn tortilla in the sauce until coated, and place it in the prepared baking dish. Scoop about 2 tablespoons of ground beef taco mixture on top of the coated tortilla, then sprinkle 1 tablespoon of cheese on top, and repeat the layers one more time.
Step 3
Prepare 3 more stack to fill the baking dish, then make 4 more stacks on another baking dish, and bake them in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes. Let it cool in the baking dish for about 5 minutes, then trasfer them into serving plates, and garnish with any toppings of your choice. Serve and enjoy!
