Step 1
Prepare a cast iron skillet pan and place it on a stove over medium heat. Add in the ground beef and cook it until it’s all nice and brown. Remove them from the pan and transfer them to a plate covered with paper towels to drain off excess grease. Remove the skillet pan as well and grab a pyrex baking dish, transfer the drained and cooked ground beef in, then add in the granulated garlic and dried minced onion as well, season them with salt, black pepper, oregano, and red pepper flakes. Add in the canned mushrooms, juice, and all, then give it a good mix before adding in the spaghetti sauce, add water to the bottle or can of sauce to scrape off leftovers, then pour it onto the mixture.

Step 2
Give them a good mix until well combined. Add in the uncooked elbow macaroni, then turn the heat to low to warm the sauce up and let the noodles absorb the liquid faster. Let it cook for about 15 to 20 minutes until 80% of the liquid has been absorbed by the noodles. Let it cool down for a bit. Add mozzarella cheese on top of the mixture, then pop it in a preheated oven at 350 degrees, and bake it for about 20 minutes or until the cheese has melted and it turns golden brown. Garnish the top with some chopped parsley before serving.
