  • 2 carrots
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • ¼ cup parmesan cheese

  • 2 tablespoons greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Wash and peel the carrots well, then cut off the top and bottom of the carrots, and slice them in half lengthwise. Then, slice each of them into three lengthwise pieces.
