Step 1
Prepare your smoker or grill for indirect cooking at 275°F, then clean the shrimps, and pat them dry.
Step 2
Place them in a large bowl, then add the all-purpose seasoning, and gently toss them until evenly coated.
Step 3
Place a saucepan on a stove over medium heat, then melt the butter, remove it from the heat, and add in the garlic and Hatch chiles.
Step 4
Give them a good stir using a fork until well combined, then place the seasoned shrimp in a large skillet, and spread them in an even layer.
Step 5
Pour the butter mixture over the shrimp until evenly coated, then place the skillet in the prepared smoker or grill, and cook the shrimp for about 25 to 30 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 130°F.
Step 6
Remove the skillet from the grill, then squeeze over the lime, and garnish with cilantro. Serve immediately with some crusty bread slices and enjoy!
