This easy garlic shrimp recipe by Island Vibe Cooking, on Youtube, is just the type of recipe I have been looking for. My husband had invited his boss over for dinner, the night before last and I really wanted to make something special. I really did not have any time to plan for anything elaborate, but I had some Gulf shrimp in the freezer. So I went searching on Youtube and found this easy garlic shrimp recipe that called for the basic ingredients that I already had on hand, and it looked absolutely delicious, so I decided to give it a go. I realized there were some easy modifications to this recipe, like the numerous fresh herbs it calls for can be easily substituted for dried herbs. I only had some fresh chives and dried thyme, but that worked beautifully and the one-pan sauteed shrimp recipe tasted delicious. This recipe is also served over arugula and there is a delicious recipe for homemade vinaigrette if you want to serve the chicken that way. The chicken is so delicious, it will taste great over rice or potatoes as well.
