This wonderful dish is the perfect recipe to snack on, it has a perfect garlic and butter flavor, and the crust is so crispy and crunchy that you’ll surely want to eat this every day. You can also modify the ingredients and use whatever leftovers you have in your fridge and put that as a topping, you can put whatever you want on top, and I guarantee you that it will taste amazing!

Ingredient:

  • 5 slices of bread
  • 2/3 tbsp of minced garlic
  • 40g or ¼ cup of butter
  • 1½ tbsp of honey
  • Onion
  • Sausage or bacon
  • Black olives
  • Cheese slices, any kind that you want
  • 3 tbsp of tomato sauce
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Freshly chopped parsley

Directions:

Step 1

Slice each bread in half, then chop the onion and parsley, and slice the sausage and black olives. Melt the butter in the microwave, then add the minced garlic and honey. Stir them all together until well combined, then lay the sliced bread on an oven-proof plate, and brush them with the garlic butter mixture until nicely covered.

Step 2

Lay small slices of cheese around the middle, then add the tomato sauce on top and sprinkle the onion, sausages, and olives all over them. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese until nicely covered, then sprinkle some parsley, and place it in a preheated oven. Allow them to bake at 200°C or 392°F for about 10 to 12 minutes or until nice and crispy, then serve, and enjoy!
