Step 1
Remove the flesh of the avocados and add them to a blender or food processor, then blend them until smooth, add the coconut sugar and vanilla extract, and continue to blend for 4 more minutes until creamy and combined.
Step 2
In a heat-proof bowl, add the dark chocolate, then heat it at 30-second intervals, and stir after each interval. Pour the melted chocolate into the processor, then keep blending until incorporated, and make sure to scrape the sides every now and then.
Step 3
Now, add the eggs, then mix until combined, add the cocoa powder and almond flour, and blend for the final time until just combined but do not overmix. Pour the batter into a 9×9-inch baking dish lined with parchment paper and spread it evenly.
Step 4
Bake the brownie in an oven preheated at 350°F for about 25 to 30 minutes or until just set, and allow it to cool completely. Place a small saucepan on a stove over medium-high heat, then add the coconut oil, maple syrup, and dark chocolate.
Step 5
Whisk them around to melt the mixture, then keep stirring until smooth and combined, add the salt and cocoa powder, and keep whisking until smooth. Drizzle it over the cooled brownies, then top it with walnuts, and serve. Enjoy!
