Ingredients:

  • 1 cup + 1 tbsp of water
  • 2/3 cup of sugar
  • A pinch of salt
  • 11 ounces of fresh fruit

Combinations you can make

  • 11 ounces of mango, 3 tbsp lemon juice, 5 tbsp simple syrup
  • 11 ounces of mixed berries and cherries, 1 tsp vanilla extract, lemon zest, 5 tbsp Simple Syrup
  • 11 ounces of watermelon, 5 tbsp or less simple syrup
  • 11 ounces of peaches, 5 tbsp simple syrup

Directions:

Step 1

The first thing you have to prepare is simple syrup. Place a saucepan on a stove over medium heat, then add the water, sugar, and salt, and stir them together continuously as you bring it to a simmer and until the sugar has completely dissolved. Remove it from the heat, then make sure to let it cool completely while you’re preparing the fruit. Choose a fruit combination above, then start peeling the skin off your fruit if needed, and cut it into small pieces.

Step 2

Place the sliced fruit in a blender together with the simple syrup (the amount depends on the fruit that you chose or to your taste), then blend them together until nice and smooth. Strain the fruit in a freezer-safe bowl or container, then cover it with a plastic wrap, and place it in the refrigerator. Let it freezer for about 3 hours, then stir it with a fork to fluff it up, pour in a serving cup and enjoy! If you want to eat it the next day or week, you can freeze it longer but make sure to give it an extra fluff before freezing.
