It’s unexpectedly a great combination of fresh butter and fruit, and it’s also super quick and easy to prepare. Wash and clean the strawberries well, then hull them, and then proceed to dice them into really small pieces. In a large mixing bowl, add the butter, then beat it with an electric hand mixer until smooth and creamy. Add in the powdered sugar, then give them a good stir and fold nicely until incorporated, then add the diced strawberries, and fold them in until fully combined. Lastly, beat them until the butter is light pink in color and the consistency is creamy, then transfer it to a container or jar, and store it in the refrigerator. Once ready to eat, serve and enjoy!
