Egg mixture
Filling
Step 1
In a mixing cup or pyrex cup, combine the eggs, grated parmesan cheese, heavy cream, salt, and pepper. Then, using a fork, beat the egg mixture together until the texture becomes smooth and slightly frothy. Preheat your toaster oven to 365°F (185°C), then generously grease a 6 muffin tin with butter, and set aside. Next, place the bacon strips in a baking dish, then cover it with a paper towel and a loose lid, microwave it for about 4 minutes. Once done cooking, drain the excess fat of the bacon, finely chop and set aside. Grab the onion stalks and finely chop them as well, then prepare about 1/3 cup of shredded cheddar cheese.

Step 2
Divide the cheese evenly into each muffin cup, topped with the chopped bacon pieces, and sprinkled with chopped green onion. Pour the egg mixture into each muffin cup, but leave a little room at the top. Bake them in the preheated toaster oven at 365°F (185°C) for about 20 minutes, then take them out, and tuck in the overflow while still hot. Loosen the edge of the muffins before removing them from the mold. Serve and enjoy!
