  • 1/4 cup of unsalted butter (room temperature)
  • 1/4 cup of eggnog
  • 6 oz sweetened condensed milk (1/2 can)
  • 1/2 cup of marshmallow cream
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon of rum extract
  • 1 teaspoon of ground nutmeg for toppings

How to Make Eggnog Fudge

Step 1:

Fill a pot with about 1/3 of water, then let it come to a simmer.

Step 2:

Place a glass or metal bowl on top of the pot, making sure the bottom doesn’t touch the water.

Step 3:

Add 3 cups of white chocolate chips, 1/4 cup of unsalted butter, and 6 oz of sweetened condensed milk to the bowl. Continuously mix the mixture until smooth.

Step 4:

Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract and 1/2 cup of marshmallow cream. Stir often until smooth.

Line a pan with parchment paper on all sides. Cut the corners so it fits exactly into the pan.

Step 6:

Transfer the fudge mixture to the prepared pan. Spread evenly. Sift the ground nutmeg on top, then press lightly with a spatula.

Step 7:

Refrigerate the fudge for 2 hours or overnight.

Step 8:

Once set, remove the fudge from the refrigerator and peel the parchment paper. Score the fudge with a pastry cutter, then cut using a large kitchen knife. Make sure to wipe the knife after each cut. Push the cut pieces back together, then rotate it 90 degrees. Cut again to make squares.
