Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20)
  • 1 large yellow onion (chopped)
  • 2 packages of mild taco seasoning
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) of petite diced tomatoes (drained)
  • 1 can (4 oz) diced green chilies (mild)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 can (10.75 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 large bag of Dorito’s nacho cheese
  • 1 & 1/2 cups Jack cheese (shredded)
  • 1 & 1/2 cups cheddar cheese (shredded)

Directions:

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Chopped the onion into small pieces. Next, add a bit of oil to a pan, then add the ground beef. Break the ground beef down, then add the chopped onions. Cook them until the ground beef is no longer pink. After this, drain any excess stuff. Once the meat and onions are cooked, stir in 2 packages of taco seasoning, 1 can of drained petite diced tomatoes, 1 can of green chilies, 1 cup sour cream, and 1 can of condensed cream of mushroom soup. Mix it all well to combine.

Step 2

Lightly crush the Doritos why still in the bag. In a casserole dish, add a layer of Doritos in the bottom, add half of the meat mixture, then another layer of Doritos. Add the rest of the meat mixture followed by another layer of Doritos, then top it off with some shredded cheese. Place in the oven and bake for twenty minutes.
