Easy Donut Bacon Cheeseburger Recipe

Ingredients:
- Ground beef (80/20)
- Seasoning salt
- Butter
For the sauce
- Mayo, kewpie recommended
- Ketchup
- Grainy mustard
- Minced chipotle peppers
- Pickles
For the build
- Bacon
- American cheese
- Fried egg + seasoning salt
- Glazed donut
Directions:
Step 1
Cook the bacon until nice and crispy on each side, then while waiting for it to cook, prepare the sauce. Chop the pickles into small pieces, then transfer to a mixing bowl, and add the mayo, ketchup, grainy mustard, and chipotle peppers. Mix them all together until uniform and well combined, then taste and adjust as needed. In a mixing bowl, add the ground beef, some seasoning salt to taste, and softened butter. Give them a good mix until combined but do not overmix, then shape into a patty.

Step 2
Cook the patty until nice and brown, then flip, and place the cheese on top. Cover the patty to cook and melt the cheese, then fry the egg as well and season with salt to taste. Slice the donut bun through in half, then spread some butter on each piece, then grill them just a bit, and start assembling the burger. Spread some sauce on the bottom donut bun, then place the patty on top followed by bacon and egg, and then top them with the top donut bun.
