Decorate your porch or patio with this lovely project idea by DW Euromaxx on YouTube. This beautiful hanging lantern is so easy to do and looks like a store-bought high-end piece of decor when it is actually made out of upcycled materials. You’re neighbors, guests, and family alike will surely look twice and will be in awe with this lighting decor. Keep yourself busy with this project on the weekend, then hang it in your house, and see for yourself!
Step 1
The first thing you have to do is to measure out the chain that would fit around the neck of the jar, then cut the chain according to the length you need, and connect the links together using pliers. Proceed to do this process with the rest of the jars, then cut 10 more chains of different lengths choosing between 20cm to 50cm to hang the jars in, and attach them on each side of the jar’s neck as shown in the video.

Step 2
Put a handful of stone or gravel on each glass, then place a tea light inside each one, and set them aside. Mark 3 equal distant points on the pizza grate to form a triangle, then distribute the s-hooks evenly on the grate and hook them from below, and then attach the basket chain on the 3 points you’ve made. Hang the pizza grate, then start hanging the jars on the hooks arranging them as you like, then light them up, and you’re done!
