Cut a piece of wire, pierce it through the skull, and make a loop on the top and bottom, then hot glue them in place to prevent them from moving. Attach the pool noodle for the arms making sure to insert a wire, then wrap it with duct tape, and shape it accordingly. Prepare the hands using wire and masking tape as shown in the video, then attach them to the hand, and spray paint them black. Dip the cheesecloth in a mixture of liquid starch and black paint, then place a black fabric on the dementor, and top it with the dipped cheesecloth. Shape the cloth, then allow it to dry completely, and hang it wherever you want.
