Desserts have always felt like floating on cloud nine or receiving congratulations from the people you care about the most.Basically, desserts are the whole definition of desserts that give a person a wide smile. This dessert, however, is unique. Quick Simple & Delicious on YouTube shares with us a 3-ingredient dessert that has no sugar, no gelatin, and doesn’t require an over. It extracts the fruit’s sweet flavor from the stone.Healthy, natural, and quick to make!
Ingredients/Materials:
Directions:
Slice the medium oranges into halves and squeeze each orange to obtain 600 ml of orange juice. Use a lemon squeezer if available.
Grease the 25cm x 15cm glass molder with oil on all sides.
Pour the juice through a strainer into a large pot to eliminate the majority of the pulp from the fruit. Scrape with a spoon to get more juice. Add 2-3 tbsp of honey, or as little or much as you prefer, depending on the sweetness of the oranges. Then, stir to combine. Add in ½ cup of cornstarch and whisk until the cornstarch dissolves completely.
Place in a saucepan and cook, stirring constantly, over medium heat until the mixture thickens. Carefully pour in the greased glass molder and even it out with a spatula. Let it cool down for about 10 minutes.
Cover the molder securely with a plastic cover and let it chill for 2-3 hours.
Take off the plastic cover and move the molder around to gently pull the edges away from the molder. Flip it over the chopping board and slice as much as you want.
Optional garnishes include desiccated coconut on top of the orange dessert, candied cherries, and a mint leaf on each slice.
Enjoy every bite! Place the extra dessert back in the fridge to preserve it longer.
