This yummy recipe by Savor Easy on YouTube is perfect if you love rich and dark chocolate cakes, you can serve this at parties, birthdays, holidays, any special occasions, and even on a normal day. This cake recipe is one of my personal favorites because of how easy and quick it is to prepare, plus, the ingredients requires are also very simple and easy to find. This is so yummy that you might want to make this every day, try it out now, and see for yourself.

Ingredients:

  • 1½ cups of sugar
  • ½ cup of oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • ¾ cup of milk
  • 1/3 cup of plain yogurt
  • 1 tsp of pure vanilla extract
  • 2 cups of all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1½ tsp of baking soda
  • 1½ tsp of baking powder
  • 1 tsp of salt
  • 1 cup of hot coffee or water

Ganache

  • 1 cup of dark choco chips
  • ½ cup of hot heavy cream

Directions:

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 180°C or 350°F, then brush the sides and bottom of a bundt pan with butter, and dust it with cocoa powder. Set the bundt pan aside, then prepare a large mixing bowl, and add the sugar, oil, eggs, milk, plain yogurt, and pure vanilla extract. Using a whisk, mix them all together until well incorporated and smooth, then sift together the all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, and salt, and then whisk them together until well combined and uniform. Add hot coffee or water, then continue whisking them together until nice and combined, and then pour the batter into the prepared bundt pan.

Step 2

Put it inside the preheated oven, then let it bake for about 30 to 35 minutes, and let it cool down completely in the pan. While waiting for the cake to cool down, prepare the ganache by adding the chocolate chips to a mixing bowl and then pouring the hot heavy cream over them. Let it sit for about 3 minutes, then stir it around until the chocolate has melted and combined, and set it aside. Unmold the cake upside down, then pour the chocolate ganache over the cake, slice, serve, and enjoy!
