Out of all the peach cobbler recipes that I have tried, this one by Rachel cooks with love ❤ on YouTube is the easiest to make yet! It is so delicious and enjoyable to eat because of the crumbly crust and soft filling. The flavor and texture complement each other so well that you just can’t stop eating and you won’t even notice that you’ve finished a whole serving until there’s no more to eat. Try it out now and see for yourself!

Step 1
Score the skin of the peaches, then bring a pot of water to a rolling boil, and prepare a large bowl filled with water and ice. Add the peaches to the boiling water, then allow them to boil for about 45 seconds to 1 minute, and then transfer the peaches to the prepared ice bath. Peel off the skin of the peaches, then cut them into thin slices, and preheat your oven to 400°F.
Step 2
In a large mixing bowl, add the sugar, all-purpose flour, eggs, vanilla, ground cinnamon, and ground nutmeg, then mix them all together until well combined, add the peaches, and then toss them together until well coated. Set the peach filling aside, then grease a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray, and set it aside for later.

Step 3
In a large mixing bowl, add the all-purpose flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt, then whisk them all together until well combined, add the softened butter, and continue to mix them together until crumbly texture. Add in the egg and milk, then gently fold them together until moist, and then start assembling your peach cobbler.
Step 4
Add the filling to the bottom of the pan, then drop the crumbles all over the top until nicely covered, then mix together the cinnamon and sugar until uniform, and sprinkle them all over the top. Place it in the preheated oven, then allow it to bake for about 40 to 45 minutes, then serve it poured with some whipping cream on top, and enjoy!
