  • 1 (20 oz)  bag of Hurst’s Hambeens Cajun 15 bean Soup Mix
  • 1.5 pounds of smoked turkey, cut into chunks
  • 1 large leek, dark green parts discarded
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 2 carrots, peeled and diced
  • 2 celery ribs, diced
  • 2 tbsp of Worcestershire sauce
  • 8 cups of chicken broth

Step 1

Reserve the cajun seasoning packet until the end, then rinse and sort the beans, and add them to the crockpot.

Step 2

Pour in the chicken broth, then add the cubed turkey, vegetables, and Worcestershire sauce, and put the lid of the crockpot.

Step 3

Allow the soup to cook on a high setting for about 5 to 6 hours, then add the cajun seasoning packet, and stir them until well combined. Season it with salt to taste, then serve, and enjoy!
