Ingredients for Crockpot Pork Tenderloin:
- 1 pork tenderloin, trimmed, silver skin removed
- ½ tsp of seasoning salt
- 2/3 cup of honey
- ¼ cup of low-sodium chicken broth or water
- 2 tbsp of low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tbsp of minced garlic
- 1½ tbsp of cornstarch
- 1 tbsp of apple cider vinegar
- ¼ tsp of salt
- ⅛-¼ tsp of red pepper flakes
How to Make Crockpot Pork Tenderloin:
Step 1
Lightly grease a 3-4 quart crockpot with nonstick cooking spray, then place the tenderloin (cut it in half to fit the crockpot), and season them all over with seasoning salt.
Step 2
In a bowl, add the honey, broth, soy sauce, garlic, cornstarch, vinegar, salt, and red pepper flakes, then whisk them together until combined, and pour the sauce all around the pork tenderloin.
Step 3
Cover the crockpot with the lid, then cook the pork on a low setting for about 2 to 3 hours or on a high setting for about 1.5 to 2 hours until it reaches a temperature of at least 140°F.
Step 4
Turn the crockpot off, then let the meat rest for about 10 minutes, and slice it into pieces. Serve with the sauce and enjoy!
